Oracle 7.3.4.5.0 AIX 4.3.3

Hello, i want to recreate an AIX-based database, the SID on the AIX was PS2000. Now i want to create a SID TS2000 with oradim commandline:

oradim73.exe -NEW -SID TS2000

But no service is created
only when i try

oradim73.exe -NEW -SID TS20
a Sevice is created
is there a possibility to have more than 4 Digits?
