Displaying Chinese

Hi,



We try to capture and display Chinese on our application. I have doing some
reading. Our Oracle database is already using unicode so I think we are
prepared. But we are not using sql*net as we are using Web Browser for
display. How do I retrieve and display Chinese characters from the Oracle
Database?
