Write a letter to Oracle asking for the information. If they do not provide it in a timely manner, then contact the States Attorneys General office. To make it simpler for yourself you may want to get a lawyer to draft the letter and then if Oracle does not respond have your lawyer request a specific court order from the judge for the information.
