Someone posted a message on this listserv last weekend, saying that
Oracle Forms do not use indexes when bind variables are involved, and
that 8.1.6. tries to address this.



Is this true?!



This implies that applications built using Oracle forms can become a
performance problem server-side, if they don't use indexes!
