Hi,


I am using Personal  Oracle8 for windows 95. I am trying to shutdown
database from server manager logging as sys. But it gives me
insufficient privilege error ora-01031. And when I query the
V$PWFILE_USERS it shows me that sys have both privilege sysdba and
sysoper. Please help ASAP
