As far as I know, 8.1.6 is the only version of Oracle certified against Windows2000.

7.3.4., 8.0.4, 8.0.5, 8.1.4, 8.1.5 are not certified against W2K and Oracle Metalink implies they have no intention of ever certifying them against Windows2000.

They say they tried 8.1.5. against beta release 3, but if something bad happens you are on your own.

7.3.4. runs on NT 4, as do the later ones. I don't know about older versions.
