I'm just not sure that you can use emp/imp from an oracle7.1 on OpenVMS6.2 to an Oracle805 on NT4. Do I have to upgrade Oracle to maybe 7.3 and is it easy to do across different platforms? I don't want to upgrade Oracle7.1 to anything really.
