If you start getting into performance tuning, try O'Reilly's 'Oracle Performance Tuning' by Mark Gurry & Peter Corrigan. I have found this one very useful in regards to tuning SQL Statements and init.ora parameters. On Amazon.com, this one came highly recommended when I bought it. Also in regards to tuning, you may want to try Osborne's 'Oracle Performance Tuning Tips & Techniques' by Richard j. Niemiec. I have just picked this one up this week and have found this one to be very good.
