I can't recommend any good books, but AVOID ORACLE 8/8i Features (OREILLY), and the Kevin Lloney ORACLE 8i DBA HANDBOOK. The former is a general overview of most of the 8i features, but doesnt tell you how to do anything useful, and the latter is a general reference book, with a few scripts thrown in. Most of the info in Lloney's book can be obtained straight from the Oracle documentation...

Let us know if you find any GOOD books on the subject :)
