Starting Instance on server reboot

I have an Oracle 8.0.5 instance running in NT4 server. If the server is restarted for some reason the instance will not restart automatically. The oracleServiceSID is started, but I have to go into server manager and connect internal and issue the startup command( I have another instance on the same box without this problem)

Any ideas ???
