Sundeep,

"Failed to get Agent Information" means that the console was able to establish communication with the agent, and request information. The console then timed out waiting for the agent's reply. This is usually caused by the DSN not being set-up correctly for the console machine. To test: from the server, ping the hostname of the machine where the console is running. If this failes, a quick fix is to modify the hosts file on the server, and add the console's IP and hostname. The agent will use the HOSTNAME of the console machine, not the IP address. You must be able to resolve the hostname to the correct IP address.
