I have recently  completed an Enterprise installation and the
Database Adminstration Assistant which I am hoping is alot like the
Enterprise Manager doesn't start.  Also the WEB ASSISTANT seems to work fine
except that is don't actually generate the Web page in the final step.  The
last step just never executes the creatition of the .html file.
