Question is:

Is there something I can do to our UNIX box and/or Oracle Web Server (version 2) that will act like the missing.html file on an Apache server - that is, for every error404/file not found error - it will catch it and show a different page or redirect them?

The Sys Admin here says it can't be done - which seems insane.
