HELP!! can`t open database HURRY!!

Hi all:
There was an electrical failure and when I try to open the database this errors appears:

ORA-01122: database file 1 failed verification check
ORA-01110: data file 1: '/u01/oradata/srv/system01.dbf'
ORA-01207: file is more recent than controlfile - old controlfile

my alert file show me this:
this is the first time that the db try to open and crash

PMON started with pid=2
DBW0 started with pid=3
LGWR started with pid=4
CKPT started with pid=5
SMON started with pid=6
RECO started with pid=7
