We want to support both DBMSs. We have been using SQL Server. One SQL Server query that is giving us trouble translating to Oracle looks like

    select top 16 .... with(readpast)

With multiple machines running this query, they each get a different 16 rows of the table (which is what we want). How is this done in Oracle?
