There's still hope.
If you're running on NT and used the Database Wizard to create your instance, it usually logs all of the activities in a file called SPOOLMAIN.LOG in the $ORACLE_HOME\DATABASE directory which logs all the commands that were executed to create your database, including SVRMGR> connect internal/password
Connected.
Similarly, if you logged the output of your db creation scripts, you might have the password there.
