personal oracle used as server?

hi,

we're selling an oracle-based application. our customers sometimes want to use more than one but less than five concurrent seats.

1. at first glance it doesn't seem to be a problem to open 2 concurrent connections to a po734 or po8. are there technical gotchas ahead?
2. does oracle consider it to be illegal to buy let's say 3 personal oracles and using only one by three concurrent users?
