Oh yes, and VB6 is such a great and fine bloated piece of crap that is a must for any serious Oracle DBA who wants to administer his or her database. But hey, as long as it has that shiny MS logo then it simply must be good...

I suggest that you stop playing around with a beginner's language like VB (BASIC=Beginners All-purpose Symbolic Instruction Code) and start using real programming languages and development tools. Even better, learn SQL to know that you can "drop a column" from a table using 3 simple SQL statements, without having to use a stupid VB6 front-end and pulling all the data across the network, using ODBC...
