Your logwriter is waiting for the checkpoint to complete,
probably during a large batch operation. This is no
problem, happend on many databases.
If your logfiles are too small (500K is small) you
might want to enlarge them. Five 10Mb files are usually
sufficient for a medium-size db (a few Gbytes total size).
