Sounds like to have it all in place ... just the database upload isn't working - right? Did you let OAS create the logger files using the OAS utilities? If so then ... Is it something silly like the permissions on the database account that you are using? Another silly question is are you sure that the xlf log file has something in it? We have this working and haven't touched the XLF attributes (I think). Side note is that some folks have attempted to log directly to the database but had some odd behavior after setting that up from the entire OAS.
