You are running OAS 4.x and are getting an intermittent error:

      OWS-5101 due to Oracle error 6550
                      

  Problem Explanation:


  You have a cartridge configured and have added additional virtual paths.
  The virtual path you are getting the error on has a trailing slash which
  causes the unclear intermittent errors.

  Search Words:

  For example:

  If you virtual path looks like this:

      /testapp/testcartx/

  Change it to look like the following:

      /testapp/testcartx

  Solution Explanation:



  OAS is very specific on the syntax of the configuration for the virtual paths.
  This syntax error causes problems in the wrb.app file that causes OAS to
  deliver the unexpected errors.
