Hi, I am just doing a proof of concept at this point, so that we can better prepare our RFP for the eventual development of the long term system.

One reason I would like to use MS MTS is to avoid installing the Oracle SQL net layer to all the Windows clients. But in addition the idea of centralizing the business logic seems to be in flavor these days.

I do understand the stability and scalability issues with Microsoft technology, and the problems with meshing this technology with the Oracle database.

What I am looking for is real world insights from people using this technology in a production environment. It is all so new, it is very difficult to draw upon best practices!

Thanks to all that have provided information!

Faizul
