Are WebDB 3.0 and OAS 4.x integrated together?

Does anyone know what type of integration there will be between WebDB 3.x and OAS 4.x?

For example, if I create portlets within WebDB 3.0, are there any issues in the portlets' application components working from within the Oracle8i database interoperating with external components on OAS 4.x? Will this mess up anything?
