SQL*Loader and Win2K

Is anyone else having problems with Win2K and SQL*Loader 8.1.5?

SQL*Loader hangs after loading the file and will not return to the command prompt. The only way to stop it is to Ctrl-C the program. It appears that it loads the table correctly, but just never returns control to the shell.

I realize that 8.1.5 is not Win2K certified, but was wondering if anyone else had the same problem, or actually got it to work?
