my dbsnmp.exe is in D:\ORANT\AGENTBIN and the other Oracle binaries are in D:\ORANT\BIN. And "echo %ORACLE_HOME%" from a DOS window shows the variable is not set. Could one of these be the problem? How would the fix be?
