HELP... ORA-12560 TNS:protocol adapter error

Hello all,

I have just migrated to 8.1.5 on NT4. All seemed ok, I hade analyzed the schemas and checked a few tables and all looked good. That was yesterday though, today I can't even connect to the database. If I try "sqlplus internal" or any other user I get "ORA-12560 TNS:protocol adapter error". I tried svrmgrl and get the same, via the listener I also get the error. I have rebooted (in true NT style) and nothing changes. I get no errors in any trace or log file.

What's gone wrong folks, any ideas?
