Linux / Oracle 8i linker problem

Having installed Oracle8i (8.1.5) and JRE 1.1.6 I'm having difficulty
installing the patches for 8.1.5.0.1/2.



The linker gives the following message:



/ora_home/8.1.5/lib/libclntsh.so


undefined reference to nnflboot



Anyone know which libraries need to be included??
