Huh? Don't understand your question. What do you mean "tablespaces still need coalescing"? Are you asking whether you still need to coalesce, it you're still seeing that it IS coalescing without your manual intervention?

If one, I suppose to make bigger chunks of free space. If two, then check your pctincrease at the tablespace level.
