OWS-05101 & ORA-01036 on newly upgraded 8i & OAS4081 machine

Hello,

We've upgraded from 7.2.2 DB to 8.1.5 and OWAS 3.0.x to OAS 4.0.8.1. We've done this via full DB export & import. We then re-created all the necessary DADs for all our OAS applications. They're only using the PL/SQL cartridge.

Anyhow, the problem we're running into is - OWS-05101: Execution failed due to Oracle error 1036 ORA-01036: illegal variable name/number

PL/SQL Cartridge SERVICE: hlrt/hlrt
PROCEDURE: hlrt_dv$hproj.actionview

Has anyone run into this before?
