Solaris kernel parameters - set noexec_user_stack = 1

The sysadmin has the following lines in /etc/system

    set noexec_user_stack = 1
    set noexec_user_stack_log = 1

Could these be the cause of the 'insufficient privledges' error that I get when I try to use dbassist to build a database. I installed oracle as oracle:oinstall and am running dbassist as that user. I can't fire oracle up using the svrmgrl.

I had oracle running on this Solaris 2.6 box before he let it get hacked and had to reinstall the os.

Thanks, Joe
