A newsgroup can't supply you with software. You gan get it from Oracle, specifically, http://technet.oracle.com/ where you register for free, then you go to Software http://technet.oracle.com/software/products/oracle8i/software_index.htm read and agree with the licence terms and export rules, and download.

Get the documentation first, you can read it as you do a slow download of 270MB software.

You can also pick up free demo CDs of Oracle software e.g. Web DB at your local office. They are usually valid 20 or 90 days, and you should licence when you start doing something productive with it.
