This is very difficult to answer as there is no error message in your
report. There are some things though that are strange:
you haven't installed oracle under the user oracle (and maybe you even need
a separate user orainst, I only installed under other Unix ports and V7
databases).
Your /etc/oratab is empty.
I don't see correct environment variables (ORACLE_HOME , ORACLE_SID). Most
likely the first command of that sql script is startup nomount and that
command is already failing.
