Watson error while installing OAS 4.0.7

Does anyone have a solution to the following Dr. Watson problem? I got Dr. Watson error during the installation of OAS 4.0.7.

Here is my system configuration:

	Pentium III with 128M physical memory and 256M virtual memory
	NT4.0 SP3
	O8i 8.1.5
	OEM 2.04
	OAS 4.0.7

Here were the events leading to the problem:
	Installed NT 4.0 Enterprise Edition on a
	Installed NT SP3
	Installed NT SP4
	Deinstalled NT SP4.  Deinstall changed NT back to SP3
automatically
	Made a clean machine by removing all Oracle entries from
registry and Oracle folders
	Installed Oracle 8i Release 8.1.5  for Windows NT
	Installed Oracle Enterprise Manager 2.04 for Windows NT in a

new Oracle Home

	Installing Oracle Application Server 4.0.7.0.0 for NT
		In Universal Installer v3.3.1.0.0,
		I specified a new home for OAS
		I selected the only available item
			Oracle Application Server 4.0.7.0.0 for NT
		then clicked the button Install.  Immediately following
the click
		lots of "Dr. Watson Fatal Error" alert windows popped
up saying


			"Could not attach to the application


			 Windows NT ErrorCode =87"

		Another "Dr. Watson for Windows NT" alert window said


			"An application error has occurred


			 and an application error log is being generated
					dwtsn32.exe"

My NT was almost frozen, except mouse movement and Ctrl-Alt-Del. No windows
responded to mouse click. I had to reboot. I tried to reboot, Deinstall,
and reinstall OAS 4.0.7, but the Dr. Watson problem persisted.

About the OAS CD
OAS 4.0.7 for MS Windows NT was installed from the CD C12776-03 which is one of
the CD packs called the Technology Track for WinNT C13189-02 from OTN.
