What's up with Technet?

Is it just me or is technet.oracle.com incredibly slooooooow.

I used to be able to download drivers relatively quickly. Seems that about a month ago things really slowed down. I have tried downloads at 8:00 am, 11:00 am, 3:00 pm, 7:00pm, 1:00am, 3:00 am, and 6:00 am (we have a newborn so I'm up 24hrs a day). Best I'm getting is about 7Kbps - on a given Sat morning I might get 30Kbps.

Anyone know what's going on?
