Most of the questions asked here require immediate or urgent answers (I am talking from poster's perspective). And when you are in urgency, your thinking or organizing skills are not at all at peak.

Our educational system does not teach us problem solving thinking, they just feed us with information, facts and figures.

Dr. Edward Debono (www.edwdebono.com) has done an excellent work in the problem solving areas. His very simple thinking techniques like APC (Alternatives, Possibilities, Choices), CAF (Consider All Factors), PMI (Plus, Minus, Interesting) etc produce a dramatic result on a learner.

Download page on my web site clearly (and in bold) indicates how to get unlocking password, yet I daily receive three to four emails which ask for unlocking password for the download. (I just send them password directly).

But I do not wonder. I know this happens and will continue to happen unless we teach some simple thinking skills in our institutions. From my experience of teaching these thinking skills I know these skills bring drastic improvement.
