Not at all. It generates error equally on 2X500 CPU server WinNT with 520M RAM on, Win200 Server with 128MB, WinNT 4.0 workstation and moreover on Personal Oracle and on Enterprise Server. Doesn't matter. As I know when you initialize OCI to work in Object mode it allocates so called Object cache in application address space by default it's 200K, but when I check it on NT it was 100K (don't know why). As I said before I had tried to increase that memory but it didn't help. Yesterday I did some experiment with those object tables, filled up them thru PL/SQL and tried to retrieve object with 1000 embedded objects (rows in nested table) using DOA and what do you think, it read them properly, all of them, but it was enough to change any attribute in that object or in embedded collection and during the OCIObjectFlush I've got the same error.
Indeed nobody ever used OCI with Object Extension?
