Officially only 1521 is assigned to Oracle. 1575 is assigned to Oracle Names
1748 and 1754 to dbsnmp (aka Intelligent Agent) 1526 has been introduced to make it possible to run sqlnet v1 and sqlnet v2 at the same time.
Ports like this are assigned by a body called IANA. Without doubt, they will have website somewhere.
