OK,
I get the error everytime I want connect, no matter what application. For example SQL*plus. Is there a logfile anywhere where I can get additional info ?
Changes in the 2 files: I created the instance with a script I got from a friend.Afterwards I also wanted to connect with SQL*plus. Nothing worked. I looked inot the 2 files an no gdb1.world entries have been made. I copied the example entries for TCP/IP an renamed the SID and the host name. Then everthing worked pretty good. I could create users and so on ...
