manually define services wizard?

hi,
I need to verify the SNMP.VISIBLESERVICES and DBSNMP.ADDRESS in the snmp.ora.But i don't find the snmp.ora file? i find only snmp_rw.ora and snmp_ro.ora. what i need to do exactly in the tnsnames.ora and sqlnet.ora?on the oracle client or the oracle server? thanks for any help.
