When trying to autostart multiple versions of Oracle on our
Unix box, we core dump. We use the following command line
in our autostart script.
su - $ORA_OWNER -c $ORA_HOME/bin/dbstart &
Isn't dbstart supposed to set up the correct environment. It appears to take the original ORA_HOME and gets fouled up. If anyone is starting multiple versions from HP or Solaris, your assistance would be appreciated.
