HI
buy more RAM - its cheap nowadays!

IMHO you need at least 256MB RAM on an NT server to do anything useful - esp when you have real software like Oracle installed.

you could try looking at what else is running so as to stop the swap activity. Also see http://www.ipass.net/~davesisk/oont.htm for some tuning/monitoring ideas specific to Oracle on NT.
