OEM 2.0.4 runs fine on my Compaq Deskpro: 600MHz Pentium III
128MB of RAM
10Gig hard drive
NT4 SP4 with Oracle 8.0.5 Enterprise Edition

i can't imagine trying to run the jre with any less. and another 32MB or 64MB ram wouldn't hurt.
