Get PKI cert info into OAS PL/SQL???

Hello,


Can OAS PL/SQL toolkit obtain the PKI certificate ID of the browser
visiting the Secure site?  Or, is the cert info protected from OAS?
I would like to pull the certificate owner's name form the environment.
