OMS configuration question

I just installed OEM, and while trying to log-into Enterprise Manager Console, I get the following error:

VTK-1000: unable to connect to management server wegsvr. Please verify that you have entered the correct name and status of the Oracle Management Server

Looks like I need to configure my OMS. Can someone please tell me where can I find info on how to correctly configure my OMS so that I can use OEM? Thanks
