Net80 connection

I'm trying to install Oracle 8.0.5 client on my WinNT box.

I've done this on a couple machines and never had a problem.

After performing the installation. I try to connect with SQLplus and get a TNS: Can't resolve service name

I check my TNSNAMES.ORA and the SID's with proper information are included. In fact I copied this from a machine that is working.

Then I used TNSPING to see if the host is responding. It is.

Any suggestions?
