Oracle Questions help.

I was wondering if you experts can help me with the following clarifications: (I am new to Oracle world and begginner dba)

I have an Oracle 8i installed on an NT box with the listene set up. I was wondering:

For every client that needs to access that Oracle db, I need to setup Net8 on that client machine?
If so, Can I download Net8 alone from somewhere? I have looked at the Oracle website and only found that you can download the Oracle installation itself.. which comes with net8.
