Upgrade/migration time estimates

I'm preparing an upgrade from 7.3.3.5 to 7.3.4 followed later by a migration from 7.3.4 to 8.1.5.
I have to do it in two steps because of application compliance issues. I'd like to know what is the approximate time these two operations will take for a 20gig database.
I only need estimations for the actual operation not counting backups and preparation. Just the time it takes for Oracle to convert the datafiles to the new version.

The computer is a Sun ultrasparc 2 with 2 CPUs(300mhz) and 1 gig of RAM. Datafiles are spread on several disks.
