Hello everyone,

I've been trying to fiddle with owa_init.authorize so as to pass this function a couple parameters from a HTML FORM object. Can this be done?

I am trying to avoid having the users authenticating at the DB level and having the ugly little popup from Oracle prompting for a user and password. Validating the username and password at the application level is not a problem using the owa_sec tools to get the info but I'd rather pass the parameters to the procedure using a good looking interface.

Please copy me directly on the replies: mailto:patrick.drouin_at_REMOVE_nortelnetworks.com

 Thanks!
