16-bit Oracle Drivers

Hello, I have a question for any Oracle guru available. I have an app that is currently running on Sybase and we are moving to Oracle 8i. In addition, the project it to implement a temporary fix until the system can be rewitten. The patch is to run the a 16-bit Windows app (on a hand held device) against an existing Oracle 8i db. (Personally I would rather rewrite the entire app now, but politics and finances prevent this) :) Are there any 16-bit 8i drivers available? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
