I usually create an NT/oracle oradba account for this purpose. Please note in this case init.ora's remote_password_file should be exclusive instead of shared and none
and you need to grant sysdba to oradba separately. You also should have made a password file on the server with the orapwd<xx> utility. Using SYS as NT account looks like a bad idea to me.
